LAST CALL FOR APPLICATIONS:
2013 ARTISTS FUND GRANTS
In collaboration with the Community Foundation for South Central New York (CFSCNY), Broome County Arts Council (BCAC) is accepting applications for Artists Fund Grants for 2013. This is the second year of a two-year pilot grant program that began in Broome County last year.
In 2013, grant awards will be made only to Broome County artists in the visual arts, including:
- painting,
- sculpture,
- print-making,
- mixed media,
- collage,
- graphic design,
- illustration
- fine art photography
Applications are invited from individual artists.
Grants are intended to promote the artist's professional development, engagement artistically with the community, and the public impact of the arts.
The minimum grant request is $250, maximum grant request is $750.
Potential applicants are required to call Sharon Ball at the Broome County Arts Council (BCAC) (607-723-4620) prior to preparing an application.
Applications must be submitted to the Broome County Arts Council, 81 State Street, Suite 501, Stephens Square Bldg., Binghamton by no later than 5:00pm, Thursday, May 9, 2013.
