Shelley Bierwiler is now community chapter executive for the Southern Tier Chapter of the American Red Cross.
She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit experience to the organization, including seven years with the Greater Steuben Chapter of the American Red Cross as its assistant executive director of fund development.
She has also served on the Red Cross national advanced public affairs team.
